Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Badminton players (amateur, competitive, professional) Participants willing to participate Athletes who are into the sport for at least 1.5 - 2 years and practice for at least 3days/week Athletes practicing on synthetic surface.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from active Low back pain or buttock pain ( PIVD, sciatica) Individuals with recent fractures, lower limb injuries and surgeries (3-6 months ago) Diagnostic cases of neurological or cardiovascular condition
