Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of thalassemia Scheduled or undergoing BMT Willingness to participate No dietary allergies Access to healthcare

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable mental condition Severe organ dysfunction Alllergies or intolerances to nutritional supplements Severe gastrointestinal disorders Other Advanced cancer or terminal illness Non- commpliance with medical reccomendations
