Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patients with vaginal delivery with episiotomy will be selected irrespective of parity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient associated with other systemic disorder like DM, Hypertension 2)Patient having HIV,VDRL,HBSAG will be excluded 3)Disease related to hematology like severe anemia and thrombocytopenia 4)Local skin infection
