Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult family members (first-of-kin) of patient with substance use disorder who is admitted to ICU for more than 24 hours. 2. ICU Caregivers (staff nurses and trainee doctors) who have been taking care of addicted patient for more than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to consent for the interview or participate in the study. 2. Patients who are discharged from ICU within 24 hours. 3. Critically ill patients on high ventilatory and vasopressor support.
