Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with thalassemia major Age above 6 years Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with concomitant hematological disorders other than thalassemia (e.g., sickle cell anemia) are excluded. Individuals who are less than 6 years of age Individuals who are not willing to provide informed consent
