Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18–80 with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). 2. The individuals who will give consent. 3. Individuals who have had T2DM for at least 6 months. 4. Those with the ability to provide self care. 5. Diabetic individuals with different glycemic levels (HbA1c) or Increased RBS levels (As per WHO references) 6. Individuals with a high risk of developing DFU (Known cases of diabetic neuropathy, Diabetic Ischemia, and both Diabetic Neuropathy and ischemia) 7. Individuals with the ability to understand and communicate in either the Kannada or English language. 8. Participants are comfortable using social media tools like WhatsApp or other social media tools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adults diagnosed with Type – 1 Diabetes, impaired fasting glucose, impaired glucose tolerance, 2. Gestational diabetes (Altered Insulin Production). 3. Patients with Recent or heavy blood loss. 4. Patients who developed foot ulcers or with any other form of foot deformity. 5. Individuals with a cognitive/speech impairment. 6. Those with an attention deficit. 7. Individuals facing mental challenges or disabilities. 8. Those with physical challenges or disabilities. 9. Individuals with an inability to mobilize

Enhancing in glycemic parameters (HbA1C or RBS). Enhancement in diabetic foot care practices through interprofessional education. Decrease in diabetic foot complications. Enhanced Diabetic foot self-reported practices Timepoint: Baseline, 4th week, 3rd Month and 6th Month
