Intervention1: Intra articular injection of activated autologous Platelet Rich Plasma: Intra articular injection of 8 ml of 3 doses of activated autologous Platelet Rich Plasma at three weeks interval

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OA knee diagnosed using 2016 revised American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria Age more than 40 years Both sex. Knee Pain, unresponsive to conservative treatment more than 1 month. Grade II and III osteoarthritis knee(K- L grading)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cellulitis/Infections Steroid treatment to knee in the last 3 months Any knee implants in-situ Associated features with DVT calf Non cooperative patient Low IQ Patients /psychiatric patient H/o previous Knee surgeries or trauma to knee Rheumatoid arthritis Pseudogout/ Hyperuricemia Pregnancy

1.Visual Analogue pain scale from 0 to 10 2.Functional outcome score: WOMAC (Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index) from 0 to 96 3.Articular cartilage thickness measured using musculoskeletal ultrasound Timepoint: measured on 0,1,3,6 months
