Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients. THR patients will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery CKD Bleeding diathesis or patients on anticoagulant Traumatic THR any psychiatric illness. Not willing for the procedures. Allergy to drugs
