Inclusion criteria: Patients with moderate to severe isolated Traumatic Brain Injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mild head injury, carotid artery disease, history of ischemic stroke, inadequate TCD window, pregnancy, cervical spine fracture
