Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed pulmonary sarcoidosis who are not on steroid treatment for sarcoidosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pulmonary disease other than sarcoidosis 2. Patients taking benzodiazepines/ narcotics 3. Prior cerebrovascular accident 4.Prior myocardial infarction 5.Pregnancy 6.Patients who don’t give consent 7.Patients not able to understand the study 8.Patients with previous history of cardiovascular disease
