Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy children (ASA I score) age group 4-7 years, with a behaviour rating of 3 or 4 According to the Frankl scale. 2) Children with bilateral class II carious lesion involving enamel and dentin in 1st and 2nd primary molars of Maxillary and Mandibular arch (ICDAS score less than 5). 3) Preferably first visit to dental clinic. 4) Children whose parents will give written consent to be part of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with partially or ectopically erupted primary molars. 2. Molars with one or more of the following clinical or radiological signs and symptoms: pulpal, periodontal, and soft tissue pathology in relation to involved teeth. 3. Children with special health care needs.
