Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the female Nurses fall under the age group of 20 to 60 years old. Female nurses that work at hospitals in Mumbai city. Nurses who were employed for more than one year and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doctors or any other healthcare workers. Nurses who were employed for more than one year but not willing to participate in the study. Retired Nurses Male nurses
