Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with spasmodic dysmenorrhoea Diagnosed patient of yonishool according to symptoms Unmarried Female Patient Regular cycles with flow of 3or 4 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient of Secondary dysmenorrhea Married female patient Patients with systemic disorders or pelvic pathology Patients with congenital anomalies of pelvic reproductive organs
