Intervention1: Demineralised freezed dried bone graft in ENDOSSEOUS DENTAL IMPLANT: DFDBA bone graft will be placed in immediate extracted tooth socket along with the implant

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In need of one and more implant replacing tooth that require extraction (e.g, Root stumps, poor endodontic prognosis, fractured tooth, etc.) Sufficient apical bone allowing for implant placement. Patient willing to accept the treatment protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients e.g., uncontrolled diabetes Absence of buccal plate or failure to maintain the integrity of socket wall during extraction. Pregnant and lactating females. Periapical pathologies.
