Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between 20-60 years undergoing surgery for intracranial space occupying lesion belonging to ASA I, II and III grades of of either sex will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of diabetes and hypertension on treatment patients with poor GCS patients in liver and renal failure patients with neuropathies patient refusing participation in study
