Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age-18-25years Male Individuals who have a hamstring tightness Individuals who have performed sit and reach test to conform hamstring tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with lower limb injuries are excluded Individuals who have taken steroid injection will be excluded Any systematic pathologies or inflammatory conditions Individuals who are under going physiotherapy intervention will be excluded
