Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient of age 21 to 40 years Both sexes are included First 3 stages of chronic rhinosinusitis will be included Cases diagnosed using AAO-HNS diagnostic criteria with 2 or more symptoms will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with immune compromised disease conditions Patient with any other ENT illness, pregnant ladies and psychiatric illness are excluded Patients of chronic rhinosinusitis complicated with other pathologies Patients of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp 4 the stage of chronic rhinosinusitis will be excluded
