Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult individuals with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus over 18years of age. 2)Old and newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients not willing to participate in the study 2)Patients not aware of using mobile app.
