Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient showing maximum classical sign symptoms of Mutrakruchchra described As Follow: a. Sadah mutrapravrutti b. Saruja mutrapravrutti c. Muhur-muhur Mutrapravrutti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Urinary Tract Infection associated with Calculus which need surgical intervention. 2. Patient having Malignancy, Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus , BPH and Traumatic causes. 3. Pregnant women and lactating mother. 4. Neurological diseases causing Urinary Retention, presence of foreign bodies such as And welling catheters other drainage devices. 5. Chronic kidney disease, Renal failure, renal transplant patient Will be excluded
