Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Children aged 1-16 years with Denovo Nephrotic syndrome 2)Patients with eGFR�30 ml /min (Calculated by using Schwartz formula).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with peptic ulcer disease and with HIV Hepatitis-B C Tuberculosis. 2)Patients who are unwilling to take glucocorticoids 3)Patients with liver dysfunction (ALT/AST more than 3 times the upper limit of normal) 4)Patients on antipsychotic medication 5)Patients with type-1 Diabetes Mellitus (RBS 200�mg/dl or 11.1mmol/L)
