Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: lakshanas of nidranasha symptoms of insomnia patient fit for pada abhyanga

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with history of alcohol addiction previously diagnosed psychiatric cases and under medication systemic illness which interferes with the intervention
