• Application of 4 Leeches on the affected part once a week along with Qurs-e-Mafasil

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1.Diagnosed cases of Knee Osteoarthritis by clinical, radiological investigation. 2.Age between 40-70 years, both genders. 3.VAS score of pain not less than 3. 4.Patients with Grade-1 & grade-2 Knee Osteoarthritis according to Kellgren and Lawrence radiographic grading. 5.Patients who have agreed to give the informed consent and follow up the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Patients below the age of 40 years and above the age of 70 years. 2. Pregnancy & lactation. 3. Hb below 10g/dl 4. Patients having past history of bleeding disorders. 5. Patients on anticoagulant therapy. 6. Liver disorder, Renal failure and Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus 7. Other types of Arthritis ( Rheumatoid Arthritis, Tubercular arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis etc.) 8. Patients history of tumour & fracture of Knee. 9. Patients with grade 3 & 4 Osteoarthritis of knee according to Kellgren and Lawrence radiographic grading).
