Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with signs and symptoms of Khalitya. -gradual loss of hair, reddish discoloration of hair, scalp covered with sweat, trichorrhexis, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having other complications like alopecia areata, alopecia universalis. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy patients. Pregnant females.

In this observational study on the etiopathogenesis of Khalitya that is hairloss in females the primary outcome aim to identify and categorize the major causal factors such as hormonal imbalances nutritional deficiencies lifestyle habits and Ayurvedic dosha imbalances This includes examining the pathology as per Ayurvedic theory and documenting patterns and progression of hair loss in relation to these factors over time By correlating hair loss severity and type with these factors the study seeks to provide a clearer understanding of the conditions root causes and developmentTimepoint: At baseline

Secondary outcomes focus on assessing associated symptoms like scalp inflammation itching and dryness along with their impact on quality of life and psychological well being Additionally the study examines how lifestyle like diet sleep stress and environmental factors like pollution climate influence hair health as well as observing any natural recovery or stability in hair loss that may occur seasonally or due to lifestyle adjustmentsTimepoint: At baseline
