Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Carious deciduous maxillary incisors indicated for pulpectomy. 2. Proximal decay (affecting two or more dental surfaces). 3. Presence of at least two-third root structure radiographically. 4. Presence of at least one-third crown structure. 5. Fractured teeth. 6. Healthy and co- operative Children Composite shell crowns, on the other hand, are prefabricated crowns made of composite resin that serve as restorative solutions in pediatric dentistry. They are designed to fit over prepared teeth, providing a natural appearance and requiring minimal adjustment. Composite shell crowns offer convenience, durability, and esthetic benefits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Tooth shedding stage. 2. Presence of fistula and/or edema. 3.Inter-radicular radiolucency. 4. Habits of bruxism. 5.Gingival recession present.
