Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18 to 24 years old 2 Gender male and female both 3 Willingness of the subject to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individual with any neurological problem 2 Shoulder pain in the last 3 months 3 Undergone upper extremity surgery 4 Any lower extremity surgery 5 Systemic illness 6 Person suffering with any serious trauma
