Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient having classical sign and symptoms of prameha. BSL 126 to 250 mg or BSL PP gretar than 200mg to 300 or Hba1c gretar than 6.5 to 9 percentage or random BSL gretar than 200 mg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute medical and surgical illness IDMM diabetes ketoacidosis gestational diabetes drug induced diabetes pregnant and lactating women impaired renal function.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fasting BSL,Post prandial BSL,Hba1c and hs-crp(inflammatory parameter).Timepoint: 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
on symptoms score of prameha at 12 weeks on changes in lipid profile and BMI from baseline to 12 weeks in prameha.Timepoint: 12 weeks
