Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: III. Lipid Profile- a. LDL : 100-110mg/dL. b. TG: 150-170 mg/dL c. Total Cholesterol: 150-170mg/dL. IV. IFG/FPG -110to125 mg/dL , IGT -140to199 mg/dL (After intaking 75 gm glucose reading taken after 2hrs) & HbA1c- 5.7 to less than 6.5 V. BP: Systolic120 to139 mmhg, Diastolic 80 to 89mmhg VI. C-reactive Protein :0.3 -1.0mg/Dl VII. Urine Protein range : more than 80mg/dL/24hrs VIII. PT- If not within the limit of 11-13 seconds, APTT- If not within the limit of 21-35 IX. Right from the randomly selected patient the having history of any one or all of the following smoking cigarette, alcohol, overweight/ obese eating unhealthy diet not getting enough physical activity having a first degree relative who developed heart disease in early age (female-under 65, male- under 55) VII. No history of grave diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Subjects having age not less than 40 years and not more than 60 years. II. Lipid Profile • LDL – more than 100-110mg/dl. .• Triglyceride – more than 150-170 mg/dl • Total Cholesterol – more than. 150-170mg/day. III. History of chronic disease. IV. Under medication for any pathological condition. V. Not willing to be written consent.

MeasureTime frame
Effectiveness of Palash Kshar and Priyangu Kshar will be evaluated by their effect on the LDL, TG, Total cholesterol, BP, CRP, Urine protein range, IFG, FPG, IGT, PT, APTT during the conditions where the Participant’s above said clinical parameters are moving towards higher range. Timepoint: 3months

Changes of Wellbeing parameters of persons having history of Smoking, Alcoholism, Obesity, Unhealthy diet, Low physical activity etc. based on the assessment through SHORT FORM -36 (SF-36).Timepoint: 3months
