Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients age group 18 to 60 years old of any gender. Fasting Plasma Glucose levels between 126mg/dl and 150 mg/dl or Postparandial Plasma Glucose levels ranging from 200 mg/dl to 250 mg/dl 2 hour after ingestion of 75mg of glucose in 300ml of water or HbA1C levels ranging 6.5% to 10%. Presence of symptoms and signs of diabetes mellitus type2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having any deliberating systemic disease. Patients on insulin therapy and suffering from diabetes mellitus type-1. Patients with complications of Diabetes mellitus type2 Patients suffering from thyroid function disorders. Pregnant and lactating women. Known case of immunocompromised states (HIC, AIDS etc) or malignancies.
