Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Group I and II patients having isolated anterior mandibular fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Edentulous Patients 2. Medically compromised patients 3. Patients not willing for surgery 4. Patients not fit to undergo procedure under general anaesthesia. 5. Previous history of irradiation of head and neck area 6. Patients with multiple mandibular fractures and/or with any additional midface fractures.

The possible outcomes of the study will be COMBIPLATE manifesting better outcomes in obtaining fracture stability, occlusion, less post operative pain & complications.Timepoint: Preoperative, Intraoperative, 1st day, 3rd day, 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd week, 1st month, 3rd month,6th month, 12th month
