Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants can be both sub-elite and recreational athletes. 2. For sub-elite, participants should be played at college, state or national. 3. For recreational athletes, they should play a minimum of three times a week. 4. Athletes who play basketball or volleyball as their main sport.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Players who sustain injuries in the lower or upper extremities for the past three months (if it limits the movement). • Athletes with medical conditions such as cardiovascular diseases and respiratory diseases are not taken. • Athletes with spine injuries in the past year is excluded. • Athletes who are part of another study
