Interventions

Intervention1: Jala neti and sutra neti: Firstly , jala neti will be performed by participants for 5 minutes followed by one round of kapalabhati after that sutra neti has to be done for 5 minutes C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Blurring of distant vision . 2. Difficulty in changing the focus from one place to another 3. Watering of the eye . 4. Eye strain 5. Heaviness of the eye . 6. Patient diagnosed with myopia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having other congenital disease. 2.Myopia associated with other ocular disease or any systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus. 3.Patient who will not follow inclusion criteria of age and others.
