Inclusion criteria: 1. Teachers who are taking classes in Higher secondary school 2. Teachers who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The teachers have any significant medical or surgical ailments. 2. Teachers who are on Psychiatric treatment
