Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age in Between 61-75 yrs. 2. Sarcopenia patients meeting criteria according to AWGS 2019 definition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Not willing to give consent 2. Overlying with conditions related to secondary sarcopenia a. Any ongoing neurological condition leading to motor weakness b. Malignancy c. Known myositis or diagnosed myopathy d. Known uncontrolled thyrotoxicosis/ hypothyroidism e. Uncontrolled diabetes or diabetes with complications f. Diagnosed CLD, CKD (stage 3 and above), CAD , chronic inflammatory disorders and malnutrition.
