Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between the 18 to 60 years. 2.Patients of both sexes and all religions 3.Patients willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from any life threatening diseases, 2.Patients suffering any known psychiatric illnesses 3.Those not willing to participate in the study. 4.Pregnant and lactating mothers
