Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents with CKD (stages 3–5). 2. Children and adolescents who have received fitness clearance from the nephrologist and are willing to participate in the study. 3. Children and adolescents/ children and adolescents of the caregivers who have smartphones. (According to Digital 2024: India, it was reported that 78% of the total population in India uses mobile phones. Hence, the availability of smartphones is considered one of the inclusion criteria.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who have received ICU care in the last month before enrollment. 2. CKD with cardiac dysfunction with an ejection fraction of less than 40 percent. 3. Severe anemia with hemoglobin less than 6 -7 g/dL. 4. Children with neurological and cognitive disorders with a functional deficit.

Usability: Caregivers/ participants will complete the 10-item System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. Scores above 70 indicate good and above 85 indicate excellent usability. 3. Satisfaction: Participants and caregivers will rate their satisfaction with the m-Health-based exercise program.
