Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include male and female cashew factory workers aged 18 to 60 currently employed in cashew factories in Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, India. with at least six months of continuous employment. All participants must provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Workers unable to provide informed consent due to cognitive or intellectual impairments, Workers with less than 6 months of continuous employment and Workers who refuse to participate or withdraw consent during the study.
