Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients showing classical sign and symptoms of gridhrasi described as ayurvedic literature i.e Ruka(pain), Graha(Restricted movement), Gaurav(Heaviness) 2. Patients showing SLR test positive from 30-70 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe morbidities of spine and bone like tumor, tuberculosis, infection 2.Cardiac disease, pulmonary TB 3.Pregnancy 4.Patients who are steroid dependent for symptomatic relief 5.Surgical indication

Spandana (Twitching) 5. Graha (Restricted Movement) 6. Tandra (Drowsiness) 7. Gaurav (Heaviness) 8. Aruchi (Anorexia) C. Improvement in Low back outcome scale score after treatment. D.
