Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE I& II Normotensive patients Age between 18-60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwilling patients Patients with past h/o Myocardial ischemia, Hypertension, CVA Individuals experiencing a current upper respiratory tract infection Patients with anticipated difficult intubation. Patients having cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal diseases. Pregnancy. Patients with ASA GRADE more than III
