Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female between 18-25 years of age 2. Female with diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea 3. Normal menstrual cycle for more than 6 months 4. WALIDD score 0-2 included in my study 5. Nulliparous females 6. Female without any pathological condition in pelvic organ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female who have irregular menses 2. Those were taking medication related to menstrual issues 3. Female with any chronic disease or who had undergone major surgery and other systemic illness were excluded 4. Pregnant and lactating female 5. WALIDD score 3 excluded in my study 6. Female without written consent
