Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-70 years Sex: no barrier Race- no barrier Religion-no barrier Economic status-no barrier Patients who have signed written & informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below 18yrs and above 70yrs 2. Patient having skin disease other than Dadru kushtha. 3. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 4. Known case of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 5. Any immunocompromised disease such as HIV, TB etc 6. Patient on steroid medication
