Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with adenoid hypertrophy who are all indicated for adenoidectomy Obstructive sleep apnoea Adenoid facies,Hyponasal speech Patient with adenoid hypertrophy refractory to medical treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with gross deviated nasal septum,inferior turbinate Hypertropied,nasal synechiae,cleft palate,submucous cleft palate,coagulation disorders
