Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The participants who regularly involve in weightlifting and strength training for at least last 6 months. 2. Strength training experience: minimum 2 years 3. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) should be negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any lower limb surgery since last 6 months. 2. Any diagnosed Cardiovascular disorder since last 6 months. 3. Any lower limb injury or disorder since last 6 months.
