Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals using laptop or mobile phone for more than 2 hours were included in the study. 2. All Genders 3. Health workers from various professions such as doctors, nurses, physiotherapist and dentist etc. 4. Include both experience health workers and who are relatively new to their profession

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.person wit any illness affecting neuromuscular control or balance, visual or auditory impairments 2.previous lower limb joint surgery
