Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all gender, aged 18-28 years and willing to participate Cricketers with 2 years experience and who have participated in intercollegiate events in past 1 year. Participants with a playing experience of at least 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing the participants from participation in last 6 months. Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded.
