Intervention1: Sunflower technique: A cloth is wrapped around the head of a newborn who is intubated so that the newborns hand does not touch or pull the endotracheal tube.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Any neonate requiring endotracheal intubation and invasive mechanical ventilator support will included in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neonates requiring tracheostomy, chemically paralyzed newborns and neonates having major congenital malformations will be excluded
