Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting Experienced and Novice Simulation educators from India and globally will be included in the study. Experienced educators will be defined as facilitators with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Healthcare Simulation Educators and with an experience of mentoring at least 2 mentees over the last five years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Simulation educators who have participated in similar mentorship studies or are a part of mentorship research projects investigators will be excluded.
