Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with difficult spinal predictors Elective surgery requiring Spinal Anesthesia ASA 1 and 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases contraindications of spinal anesthesia inability to communicate/co-operate
