Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients visiting first time at the outpatient facilities of NIH, Kolkata, completing their physician’s consultations, 2. Patients who are giving written informed consent, and being ready to share their prescription information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were too sick for consultation. 2. Patients who are unable to read patient information sheets. 3. Patients those who is unwilling to stay after the doctor’s visit. 4. Patient who is not giving consent to join the survey.
