Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical features of lumbar Para spinal Muscle Strain (any two) 1 Low back pain (Katishoola) 2 Tenderness at low back region (Sparshasahatva) 3 Muscle spasm in low back region (Katigraha) 4 Decreased range of motion of Lumbar spine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arthritis or any degenerative disorder. Radiculopathy. Any type of structural deformity like Spondylolisthesis, Spinal stenosis. Any skin disease at lumbar region.
