Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of manyasthambha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having age less than 30 yrs and more than 60 years irrespective of gender. 2. Skin diseases and localized ulceration. 3. History of injury, fracture, surgery of spine and cervical spondylosis. 4. K/C/O – DM, HTN, IHD, HIV & HbsAg 5. Patients on anticoagulant medications. 6. Patients undergoing physiotherapy treatment.
